Along the Way

Along our journey we will be logging our food intake and fitness routines. We will be trying out a lot of new methods along the way and writing reviews. Such as self motivation books, new workouts and workout videos. Also new healthy foods and meal plans. As avid watchers of the Biggest Loser we have created a team with the pound for pound challenge and each of us has pledged to lose 50 pounds.Our goal is to explore a whole new world of healthy living and bringing it to all of you in our blogs. We hope to be a motivation to all girls out there that are big and beautiful and want to live healthy lifestyles.
